as we learn about practical applications of the new tax law in divorce situations.
There are many changes to the tax code in 2018 that may affect divorcing couples, from loss of tax deductions to expansion of tax brackets. Taking NHCRA's last training a step further, at this course, you will learn about specific changes that could impact a client's income and the outcome of the divorce settlement.
Jill Boynton and Kristina George have a combined experience of over 20 years helping individuals and couples in divorce reach better settlements. In addition to reviewing the new laws they will offer practical tips on application in hypothetical client examples. They will be joined by Attorney Briana Coakley, who will lead a discussion on drafting stipulations based on the new laws.
Space is limited! RSVP today to reserve your seat so you don't miss out on this incredible learning opportunity.
