Congratulations to Nashua Community College for adding a concentration in Peace & Justice Studies to the Associate Degree in Liberal Arts curriculum with the goal of preparing graduates to function "as community advocates to help insure a society in which equity and peacebuilding is embraced and preserved." Students choosing this concentration will take 6 courses and a Peace and Justice Internship as part of their degree requirements. These include an Introduction to Peace & Justice Studies, two courses in Conflict Resolution (Foundations and Theories), a Group Facilitation course and a Mediation course.
